1. Overview

The FillNFull Reward Program (“Program”) is a voluntary loyalty initiative offered to registered users of www.fillnfull.com (“Website”). By submitting external coupons or participating in the scratch card promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• This program is open to residents of India, specifically operating within the jurisdiction of Telangana.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid, registered account on the Website.

3. Coupon Submission & Verification

• Users may submit digital copies or codes of shopping coupons obtained from third-party merchants.
• Verification: All submissions are subject to manual internal review. FillNFull reserves the right to reject coupons that are blurred, expired, already used, or obtained from unauthorized sources.
• No Face Value: Users acknowledge that external coupons may not have a pre-defined point value. The conversion of a coupon into Reward Points is determined solely by FillNFull’s internal promotional criteria.

4. Digital Scratch Cards & “Surprise” Points

• Upon successful verification of a coupon, a user may be granted a digital Scratch Card.
• No-Loss Guarantee: Every valid Scratch Card is guaranteed to award a minimum of 1 Reward Point.
• Variable Rewards: The specific number of points revealed is generated through an internal promotional algorithm or manual assignment. This is a “surprise” loyalty bonus and is not a game of luck for money or a lottery.
• Finality: The points revealed are final and non-negotiable.

5. Nature of Reward Points

• No Cash Value: Reward Points are purely digital credits and cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to bank accounts, or traded with other users.
• Usage: Points can only be used as discounts or credits toward purchases/services offered directly on the Website.
• Expiry: Points will expire after [e.g., 180 days] from the date of issuance if not utilized.

6. Limitation of Liability & Discretion

• FillNFull reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any user suspected of fraud, multiple-account creation, or technical manipulation of the scratch card system.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
